平素からエンレイソウをご利用くださり、ありがとうございます。
第１～第３会議室の貸切利用についてご案内いたします。

皆さまには必要最小限度の時間で会議室をご予約いただいているところではございますが、新年度の開始時期ということもあって会議室の予約が混み合い、空きが極めて少ない状況となっております。
なるべく多くの皆さまにご利用いただきたく、１日あたり原則として２時間までの利用にご協力を賜りますようお願いいたします。

すでに２時間以上で予約されている方は、YADORIGIサイトからキャンセル手続きをしていただきますと幸いです。
また、やむを得ない事情により２時間以上でご利用されたい場合は、エンレイソウ事務局までご相談ください。

エンレイソウは、本学の教職員や学生をはじめ、他大学、地方公共団体、企業など多様な主体との交流を促進し、社会や地域の課題解決に向けた組織の枠を超えた連携によるイノベーション創出を目指す場です。

Dear Enreiso Members,

Thank you for your continued use of Enreiso.

We would like to ask for your cooperation regarding the use of Meeting Rooms 1, 2, and 3.

We appreciate that members generally reserve the meeting rooms only for the minimum necessary time. However, due to the start of the new academic year, reservations have become highly concentrated and availability is now extremely limited.

To allow as many members as possible to use the rooms, we kindly ask for your cooperation in limiting reservations to a maximum of two hours per day in principle.

If you have already made a reservation exceeding two hours, we would appreciate it if you could cancel it through the YADORIGI website.

If you need to use a room for more than two hours due to unavoidable circumstances, please contact the Enreisou Office for consultation.

Enreiso is a space that aims to promote interaction among faculty, staff, and students of the university, as well as with other universities, local governments, companies, and diverse partners. Through collaboration that goes beyond organizational boundaries, it seeks to generate innovation to address social and regional challenges.
